• Dark mode throughout the system – choose Light, Dark or Follow system under your name

KMA:

• Machine register: images, grouping by machine type, model and manufacturer, service intervals, service history, copy machine and loanable resource
• Training register: certificates uploaded at registration, ID06 certificates, mandatory training per staff category and editing afterwards
• Goal follow-up with date, responsible person and email reminder; goals are shown in the year wheel
• The year wheel has quarter bands, progress arcs and a hub showing the year's progress
• Notes with history, attachments, task panel and copy function on all KMA registers
• Recycle bin with restore for the KMA registers and resources
• Text editor with formatting in register, comment and form fields
• Weekly summary by email on Mondays when something needs attention

Forms:

• Change the submitter of a response, and move several responses at once
• Tag on the assignment; response readers can be limited to internal or external projects

• The form number is shown in the reporter's list and in all selectors
• A task can be linked directly to the form that is to be filled in
• Inbox, overview and category summary for responses gathered on one page

Time reporting and projects:

• A locked report can be copied
• Projects and reporters with unapproved time are marked directly in the dropdowns
• Week numbers in the date pickers
• Warning before deleting a project, the option to restore deleted projects and a dedicated Archive button
• Payroll export to Spiris Lön Smart directly via API instead of a file

Reporter view:

• Statistics with personal key figures, weekly rhythm, trend against the previous period and charts for mileage, per diem, expenses and materials
• Reporters can add their own phone number and email

Improvements

• Reporter view modernised: news, contact list with clickable phone numbers and email, leave requests, project list and password change
• Staff ledger and SMS inbox modernised: searchable tables, new time clock and recycle bin
• Payroll export: the time code pages for PAXml and Visma Agda modernised, and the pre-export check now covers PAXml and Visma Lön Special as well
• Planning: multi-select group filter that works together with the reporter filter
• KMA settings gathered in three tabs, and the KMA menu ordered by how it is used
• The organisation chart uses the full width, including when printed
• A single "Forms" entry in the menu when KMA is enabled, the preview looks like the finished form, and links open on top of the form so nothing entered is lost
• Article recycle bin, customer project selection and project toolbar modernised
• Email from the KMA and forms modules is sent from kma@tidrapport.nu

Bug fixes

• A person's own hourly rate is used before the company default rate in the invoice basis
• The PAXml export leaves out time codes marked "Do not export"
• Leave requests are emailed only to the person who handles them
• Forms submitted via the app, a public link or a drawing create their task in the same way as on the web
• "Hide after completion" works regardless of which version of the form was filled in
• The notes field in time administration allows long text
• Sharper printing from the PDF viewer
• Several tabs with the same login keep working after a system update

Invoicing and payroll:

• Reverse charge VAT (construction) per project: VAT is zeroed, the reference text and the buyer's VAT number are printed on the invoice and the basis, with a company default
• Spiris (Visma eEkonomi) on par with Fortnox: the same invoice dialog, overview and rules
• Attestation view: the approver's comment as its own column, browse between invoices with arrows and edit the comment without taking a decision
• Pre-export check of the payroll basis: missing or duplicate employee numbers, unmapped time columns and employees without reports are caught
• The payroll basis can be previewed or downloaded, for several reporters at once

Statistics:

• Ten new charts, custom charts that can be saved, comparison against the previous period or the same period last year, broken financial year and a Statistics tab on Home

Forms:

• Form overview: counts, trend per month, distribution per field and project, key figures with targets, action status and coverage
• Field roles: mark what a field means (date, supplier, employee, outcome, severity) so the overview can calculate on it
• Standard templates for Incident, Goods receipt inspection, Complaint and Employee appraisal
• KMA category on forms, link fields, default options, new Time field type and task creation directly when filling in

KMA:

• Quick menu with your own shortcuts at the top of KMA
• Environmental aspects: significance is calculated according to your assessment model, and each published version of the register is locked
• Priority 1–5 on goals, KMA – Users split into tabs, chapter links, year wheel and organisation chart

Planning:

• Private planning – events can be hidden from reporters
• Other events can be marked as done via right-click

Other:

• Reporters can mark projects as completed
• Setting for which time columns count towards the daily total when warning about too few hours (also applies to the app)
• New page "Bounced email" under My company: see blocked addresses with the reason and lift the block
• Several logins in parallel in the same browser with "Open as new login"

Improvements

• The KMA module has a consistent look: the same page header, tables, date pickers and dialogs on every page
• Invoicing settings split into the tabs General, Supplier invoices and Accounting system
• The buyer's organisation number is fetched from the accounting system's customer card
• Photos are scaled down automatically on upload, with correct rotation
• Expense receipts in the file archive show reporter, amount and date
• The reporter's form list is simpler, and the status shows when you last filled it in
• Form list: all actions in a Tools menu and preview directly in the list
• Change project via the project name column in time administration
• All confirmations and warnings are shown in the system's own dialogs
• Security improvements, including protection against repeated login attempts

Bug fixes

• Projekt-Tid follows the selected period in all columns, the totals row and the Excel export
• Improved calculation of internal cost and remaining budget
• Project costs can be saved with an empty amount or markup
• When a project ID is changed, files, expenses, planning and the accounting system link follow along
• Clearer error message when an expense amount cannot be interpreted
• Payroll export files: whole hours are written without decimals, and rows with zero hours are left out
• Receipts are handled the same way from web and app, and follow along when the expense is moved
• Reminders and mailings show if an email could not be delivered
• The connection status for the accounting system shows when a connection has been rejected
• Absence projects are not counted in the statistics' top project list
• Buttons in the staff ledger and mileage log work for all roles

Invoicing:

• New invoice dialog: custom invoice rows, editable preview and several projects in the same run
• The customer is linked to the accounting system's customer register directly in the dialog
• Attachments: the invoice basis and your own files can be attached to the invoice, several at a time, and your choices are remembered
• Per time column you choose an article or "do not invoice"
• Invoice basis and payroll basis no longer require attestation

Fortnox:

• Invoicing and Payroll are two separate connections that are activated independently, with their own menu, settings and permissions
• Setup guide: fetch company details, projects and employees from the accounting system
• Projects and articles can be sent up to Fortnox; the invoice is booked on the project, and a missing project is created automatically
• Ready-made standard register of pay type codes, and pay types are fetched from your Fortnox

Spiris:

• Pay type register with paste-in, the same as for Fortnox

Other:

• All PDFs are shown in a built-in viewer with zoom, search and print – regardless of the browser's PDF setting
• Personal setting: open PDFs in a dialog or as a downloaded file
• Files can be renamed, and the file selector shows thumbnails
• Bouncing email addresses are blocked automatically from further mailings

Improvements

• Redesigned Fortnox view: grouped side menu, clear connection status, a tools menu per tab and explanations behind info icons
• The invoice dialog is wider with its own tabs, the check runs automatically and the invoice stays visible the whole time
• Payroll export: clean export tab with a suggested pay period
• Supplier invoices: better interpretation of amounts, invoice numbers and due dates
• The invoice guide suggests sensible dates for the period
• Mobile: the close button is reachable in the project overview and project panel, and the tool buttons are gathered in an Actions menu
• The invoice status is shown in the invoice list instead of in the time cell in Projekt-Tid

Bug fixes

• The payroll basis is calculated the same way regardless of accounting system
• Bulk invoicing: the choices in the dialog apply to all selected projects
• The invoice basis handles amounts written with a decimal comma
• Cancelling an invoice is mirrored in Fortnox
• The invoice guide shows the correct status for fully invoiced projects
• Table headers and sort arrows are displayed correctly
• Internal projects show a dash instead of amounts, including in sorting and the totals row

Invoicing and accounting systems:

• Fortnox and Spiris (Visma eEkonomi) in live operation: invoice basis with correct VAT and rounding, invoice status back in Tidrapport and protection against double invoicing
• Get started guide and health panel on the integration pages, with buttons that run the action directly
• "Match automatically" pairs customers and articles with the accounting system
• The entire article register can be imported from the accounting system, with preview and a choice of what may be overwritten
• Each time column (overtime, additional hours, travel time, flex and custom columns) can be linked to an article that controls price, VAT and account
• Overtime can be invoiced with its own hourly rate or as an article
• Project discount is carried over to the invoice
• "Attest invoices" is a searchable and filterable table with totals

Calendar and planning:

• Planning resources: people who only exist in planning, such as hired staff, can be scheduled
• Planning filters applied instantly, resource panel in the sidebar, new participant selector with workload and right-click menu
• Own planning and leave can be shown in the reporter's calendar, and you can report directly on a planned shift
• Material reports and mileage logs are shown as events in the calendar, with a paperclip icon on entries that have an attachment
• Mileage log via right-click in the calendar, with the registration number visible

Other:

• New popup design for expenses, per diem and materials, with receipt upload directly on the web
• Supplier invoices: upload several at once, searchable tables, and a click on the row opens the invoice
• Customer login: the company controls what the customer sees in the project and in the project list, and the login details can be emailed directly from the project
• SMS page rebuilt with a searchable recipient list, character counter and preview
• New modern style for the PDF reports, selectable per company
• Seasonal logo and greeting on the login page

Improvements

• New consistent interface theme across the web: tables, menus, icons, dialogs and lists
