Itendi AB processes the data on behalf of your employer, who is the data controller for the data recorded in the service. Itendi AB is the data processor.

Location data (Kartrapport)

The Kartrapport app collects your location only with your permission and only while the app is in use:

  • The location when a visit to an area is started and finished.
  • The location during an ongoing visit, as long as the app is open.

No location is collected outside a visit. The location is used for the distance to the areas and for the employer's follow-up of completed work.

2. How we use your information

The information is used for the following purposes:

  • Providing and improving the app's functionality.
  • Ensuring accurate time reporting and project tracking.
  • Showing the distance to work areas and following up completed work in Kartrapport.
  • Sending app-related messages, such as updates or support.
  • Fulfilling legal requirements and security purposes.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Legal requirements: If required by law or in a legal process.
  • Business transactions: In the event of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
